The "World of labour" of working retirees: dilemmas and meanings

В статье на основе принципов когнтитивно-ценностного подхода проведено исследование «мира труда» работающих пенсионеров. С помощью контент-анализа сообщений, представленных на одном из наиболее часто посещаемых в российском сегменте интернет-форуме пенсионеров, и метода многомерного шкалирования данных удалось выявить основные смысловые единицы, формирующие образ трудовой деятельности данной категории сотрудников и его структуру. Показано, что она хорошо описывается вышеуказанной моделью, включающей четыре шкалы. Их содержание также обосновывается в статье. Опираясь на выявленные особенности «мира труда» работающих пенсионеров, обсуждаются меры, направленные на совершенствование деятельности и социального самочувствия лиц, находящихся на стадии «позднего развития карьеры», а также возможные направления будущих исследований.

Based on the principles of the cognitive-value approach, the article deals with the study of the ‘world of labor’ of working retirees. Using the content analysis of messages presented in the Russian segment of the Internet on one of the most frequently visited forums of retirees, and the method of multidimensional scaling, it was possible to identify the main semantic units that form the image of labor activity of this category of employees, and its structure. It is shown that it is well described by the above model, which includes four scales. Their content is also substantiated in the article. Based on the identified features of the ‘world of labor’ of working retirees, the measures aimed at improving the activities and social well-being of those who are at the stage of ‘late career development’ as well as possible directions of future research are discussed.
