The Documents 1989-1990 from archive of Institute of the international economic and political researches of the Russian Academy of Sciences are published for the first time. The publication consists of the preface of academician O.T.Bogomolov; notes of the Institute of economy of world socialist system Academy of Sciences of the USSR in which the estimation of conditions of that time in the countries of Central and the Eastern Europe is given; "the scenario of overcoming of section of Europe and reuni? cation of Germany", prepared by German experts; the letters directed by Institute of economy of world socialist system addressed to M.S. Gorbachev and its assistant A.S. Tchernyaev.
