- Abstract
- Features of the migration policy in Finland that explain its success over the past 20 years are considered. We can see how this policy responds to changes in external factors (technological, economic, social). Monitoring and forecasting the situation in the economy and the labor market plays a crucial role in implementing a flexible response. The study of the Finnish experience is important for developing directions for improving Russia's migration policy.
