- Abstract
- The article presents a self-analysis of the civil service, shows the specifics of administrative activities. The main approaches to its transformation are described: projective, technological, and consulting. The results of implementing new HR technologies are analyzed. The interaction of sociologists and officials, the variety of activities of the state bureaucracy and the criteria for its differentiation are considered. Sociological research of the civil service is taking on a special direction.
