Abstract
The article is devoted to the emergence, formation and content of the theoretical model of organizational development (OR), called the population-selective model of OR in the framework of organization sociology. Its explanatory scheme is described, the mechanisms of RR are described, its prognostic capabilities, and prospects for practical application are described. The formation of the model is associated with the crisis of system representations in organizational theory.
