- Abstract
- The approach to the introduction of innovations in organizations from the standpoint of sociology is analyzed. On the basis of a sociological study of small business in Novosibirsk, the innovative susceptibility of personnel is considered; analyzed from the point of view of resources, the ability of top management to take decisions on initiatives, and socio-cultural features of the organization that influence the nature of innovative behavior. There are three types ofhabitualization: innovative receptivity, resistance to innovation, and mixed.
