- Abstract
- Based on data from all-Russian surveys, the main consequences of the 2014-2015 economic crisis are described in comparison with other economic crises. Demonstrated that along with their obvious consequences (rising prices, layoffs, etc.), not less significant result is the change of relations between employers and employees, accompanied by the number of layoffs increased work load running, falling wages against the background of rising prices, a noticeable increase in non-compliance with the legal rights of employees. In the periods between crises, these negative changes are consolidated, and each subsequent crisis gives them a new impetus.
