- Abstract
- The article describes lobbyism in different interpretations of policy and science and presents theoretical aspects of lobbying activities. A variety of interpretations of lobbying in foreign and Russian scientific literature is analysed. Forms and methods of lobbying are syown and the most popular models of domestic and foreign lobbying practices are dscribed. Special attention is paid to the lobbying as political and economic institution whose uncontrolled activity leads to abuses in power and in economy.
