- Abstract
- On the basis of data of monitoring studies carried out in the territory of the Vologda region author highlights the problems associated with the misalignment of education and labour market. Employment in another profession is analyzed, as well as lack of qualification requirements of jobs, mismatch of interests and motivations of employees with the requirements of employers.
