- Abstract
- The results of a comparative analysis of the keywords of 3506 publications in leading Russian and foreign sociological journals are presented. The absolute leadership of cultural and value topics in Russian journals is revealed, and Russian sociologists pay less attention to the problems of social deviations, social changes, and social mobility than foreign authors. A significant lack of research was found problems of the state and the public sector with a higher interest of Russian authors in local phenomena. The authors draw a conclusion about the fragmentation of modern Russian sociological knowledge, the lack of analysis of real-practical aspects of social life and fundamental problems of modern society.
