- Abstract
- The article deals with changes in the socio-political and social situation after the elections of deputies of the State Duma (December 2011) and the PresidentRussian Federation (2012), as well as the effectiveness of V. Putin's election campaign. According to the author, V. Putin's election campaign was only partially effective, since, on the one hand, victory was secured, and on the other hand, there was no significant change in the rational attitude towards V. Putin. Author defines the main changes that have the greatest impact on the socio-political process after a series of Federal elections: localization of the socio-political process, the growth of protest moods, the increase in expectional deprivation in relation to the activities of top officials of the state, the strengthening of the role of the media, etc.
