- Abstract
- The analysis of socio-cultural factors hindering the modernization of the Krasnoyarsk territory and the Republic of Khakassia, conducted in the context of the dynamics of the national and global situation, shows that the regions are in the” Prime " of primary modernization and are only approaching the beginning of secondary. At the same time, the socio-cultural limitations of modernization processes in a number of indicators are expressed more significantly there than in Russia as a whole.
