- Abstract
- Based on the results of sociological research in Russian regions in 2004-2006, a tool (YAN-index) was created for evaluating and monitoring public policy. In 2009-2010, as part of a large-scale research project, the YAN index was applied in 21 regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the results determine the typology of regional public policy, especially state actors and institutions that influence the adoption of socially important decisions, carried out an interregional comparison of the estimates public policy respondents from business, public sector and government.
