- Abstract
- The article analyzes the role of the German language as a key element of the ethnic identity of Russian Germans. The main language practices and needs of this ethnic group are considered. The article covers the issues of Russian-German bilingualism, the correlation of the literary German language and its dialects among the Germans of Russia.
