- Abstract
- The features of the lifestyle and values of Russian freelancers are considered. Freelancing is described as a type of non-standard employment, its features that determine various types of life activity and lifestyle in general. Based on the study (quality strategy) and a secondary analysis of census (online survey) indicated streizande especially freelancers and differentiated following types: experienced freelancers, manalansan, hobbyfilmer, students, freelancers, and freelancers – demand workers.
