Abstract

The mobility of foreign workers during the transition from the last place of work in the country of origin to the first job in the Russian Federation and when changing jobs in Russia is analyzed; it is shown that the professional skills, education and qualifications of migrants, primarily of a high level, are poorly in demand in the Russian labor market; the demand for migrant labor is shifting towards.
