Аннотация
В статье с позиции "биографии вещей" рассматриваются предметы домашней утвари социалистического периода - фарфоровые сервизы и хрустальные бокалы -в постсоциалистической Румынии: их появление в домах, использование, нынешнее состояние и изменение значений. Материалом послужили наблюдения и интервью, проведенные в 2012 г. в г. Тырговиште. Исследование показало, что для приобретения всей этой утвари требовался социальный капитал, поэтому она выступала маркером престижа, а также средством индивидуализации в относительно однообразной и неподвижной среде румынских жилищ. Было также установлено, что она оказалась самой долгоживущей из предметов социалистического периода в хозяйствах постсоциалистической Румынии, и рассмотрены причины такого долголетия.
