Abstract

The article-review describes the work devoted to the creation and conduct of an International Military Tribunal against the main Nazi war criminals of the European Axis countries in Nuremberg. The rich factual material is shown, the results of many years of fundamental scientific research on the structure, content and legal novels of the Sentence are analyzed. It is concluded that this monograph should be considered as the first comprehensive study in the domestic legal science, which reflects the political, legal, historical, diplomatic and conceptual-legal aspects of the formation of international justice for crimes against humanity
