- Abstract
As the trade War between the U.S. and China is taking place, three groups of interest are visible inside the U.S. Each of this groups comprises the motivations «pro» and «contra» of the administration China policy. 1. Political and military bureaucracy, Pentagon, military industrial complex. 2. Big business, financial and globalized corporations deeply involved in the global value chains. 3. Medium and small business relatively uninvolved in the globalized value chains, mainly in traditional industries. After the year and a half of the trade war, Trump Administration is not achieving the scheduled priorities.
