Abstract

Dialogue between Bulgaria and Russia on power questions doesn't stop since falling of the USSR and disintegration of world system of the socialism. Mutual economic interest pushed Bulgaria and Russia to power partnership. If Russia is for Bulgaria the main energy source, Bulgaria is for Russia one of the shortest ways to the countries of Southern Europe. With the advent of the general oil and gas projects Bulgaria can become an important power corridor of Russia to Europe. However after many years last from the moment of the beginning of power dialogue, apparently, that of efforts for its maintenance it has been spent more than it is reached results.
