- Abstract
- Based on the application of a qualitative methodology, a meaningful characteristic of the behavioral characteristics of elderly prisoners whose criminal experience is marked by multiple criminal acts and terms of stay in a correctional institution is proposed. In contrast to traditional ideas, the need for elderly convicts in a “lifetime contract” to meet the requirements of quality of life and constant care of the state is indicated.
