Abstract
Based on the results of sociological surveys of the rural population and experts in the article, the estimation of the magnitude, patterns, dynamics and prospects of crime in socio-labor sphere of the village. Considered their implications and ways to overcome them, the peculiarities of the human rights behavior of the rural population.
