- Abstract
- The reasons and features of social exclusion of orphans in the field of employment are considered on the basis of in-depth interviews with graduates of residential institutions. Objective and subjective reasons are analyzed, and indicators (indicators) for assessing the labor exclusion/inclusion of orphans are determined. A method for determining the level (type) of exclusion based on a combination of exclusion/inclusion indicators is proposed.
