- Abstract
- The article reflects the results of a study of health care activities, in which the problem of quality and availability of medical services came to the fore. A comparative analysis of the results of a survey of the population and experts in the health sector was carried out. Differences were found in their assessments of the health status of Russians and the problems of functioning of medical institutions. The differences are explained by differences in the nature of competence and awareness, as well as by the specifics of inclusion in the subject of health care.
