- Abstract
- The article analyzes changes in the social appearance of the Russian peasantry. The result of the transformation of the social structure, migration of the most active part of rural residents to cities, the loss of indigenous peasant's feelings for the land disposal of ownership in the Soviet and post-Soviet period has led to a process of peasantry. The agrarian reform, contrary to its doctrine, strengthened this process.
