- Abstract
- The article deals with the functioning of the social state in the unity of its civil and legal components. The author expresses the point of view that the theory and practice of the state are formed over many centuries from the processes of its socialization and statisization of society. The author shows the methods and results of empirical modeling of the potential of civil society and socio-political stability.
