- Abstract
- The main variants of structuralization of the subject of sociology of law on the grounds used in the sociological and legal Sciences are considered: branch/field of law, directions of interaction in the ratio “society” and “law”, source (form) of law, types of legal activity, systems: society – culture – personality, comparison with related disciplines. This analysis leads to an understanding of the prospects for the development of the discipline in Russia, and allows us to assert the possibility and importance of its development in both sociology and law.
