- Abstract
- The content of the concept of “e-government”is presented. The prospects of using modern electronic technologies to simplify the procedure of citizens ' appeals to state organizations and better control the consideration of their requests are studied. Specific methods of electronic registration of citizens ' applications in state institutions are presented, which allow increasing the level of performance and responsibility.
