Abstract
Based on the research materials of 1994, 2001 and 2010, the dynamics and problems of ethnic identities of Tatars and Russians in the Republic of Tatarstan (RT) are analyzed and their features are revealed. The article reveals the specifics of the correlation between national and regional identities.
