- Abstract
- The article considers the results of a survey of experts on the quality of training of scientific personnel in the system of postgraduate professional education. A comparative analysis of the opinions of respondents representing socio-humanitarian knowledge and representatives of natural science disciplines was carried out. Differences in approaches to the organization of postgraduate training, assessment of the quality and effectiveness of postgraduate training are shown, which indicates the need to take into account disciplinary factors when choosing ways and means to improve the training of scientific personnel in Russian universities.
