Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the evolution of social and labor relations, as well as formation of relations of social and state-private partnerships (SPP). At the same time SPP in the social area is presented as a variety of social partnership, while SPP in other areas – a economic partnership. We arrive at the conclusion that transition to a socially-oriented economy requires further development of social and labor relations and a new worker type – someone capable of achieving the highest degree of social and economic efficiency.
