- Abstract
- In article problems of low incomes of budgetary workersI excessive inequality of consumer incomes and low monetization of economy are in a complex considered. It is shown that transition to the progressive income tax will promote growth of incomes of the consolidated budget for which it is possible to expending the increase of budgetary workers incomes. These measures will allow to lower of inequality of consumer incomes and to raise an economy monetization.
