- Abstract
- The socio economic problems of Northern Caucasus Are stated. The various models of behaviour of the central authority on Caucasus from the moment of "gain" are consideredI their efficiency is estimated. The reasons of a low level of feedback of meansI put in him are revealed. The basic problem the author sees in backwardness of institutes and inconsistent institutional to environment.
