- Abstract
- The author considers the problem of moral rights of the animals. Moral rights are realized in the demand to consider the interests of the individual, striving for his/her/its own good. In other words, the concept of moral law is a brief designation of the way moral subjects should or should not treat a particular being (in this case, an animal), basing themselves on moral norms. A number of cases of conflict of values are considered and an attempt is made to understand the grounds on which the priority is given to certain values.
