- Abstract
- The survey of the primary papers by the participants of the conference of the same name (Krakow, Poland, 2013) is presented. The processes of interconnection of Russian and European thought in XIX–XX centuries are described. It is demonstrated that the creative work of Russian thinkers often functioned as a means of self-identification: Russia was perceived as significant Another and Europe got to learn itself in the dialog with that Another.
