- Abstract
- The article deals with the paradox of distrust towards science. The role of distrust to science in relation to contemporary social issues is demonstrated, exemplified by epidemics of measles and Ebola. It is argued that the roots of distrust to science are largely irrational. Some measures are proposed to enhance mutual trust between science and society.
