Abstract

The main points of report by HUMAN BRAIN Project leaders to EC are presented. The Project that is the most ambitious R&D project of our time aims at the comprehensive description of the Human brain and development of new IT-based computer platforms. Its main objectives are to reach the new understanding of Human brain and to treat its diseases as well as to give a strong impact to AI-based technologies development.
