- Abstract
- The factors producing growth of online communities, particularly the increase in their subjectness are considered. The beginning prevalence of consumer practices in those comunities are stressed. Those practices inhibit display of an independent and proactive living position, and provoke anomie. It’s content producers who get the real influence; they become moderators of the individual phenomena. All that substantiate the hypothesis of mythologizing of social processes, due to metamorphosis of roles and values of the social media and of greater social risks of the dynamics of the entire Internet.
