Abstract
The article examines the processes of formation of techno-science and nauko-sphere from the Industrial Revolution to the present day. Until the twentieth century techno-science and nauko-sphere developed largely in isolation, their fusion occurs only in the second half of the twentieth century under the influence of scientific and technological revolution and the second university revolution. Particular attention is paid to the involvement of the educational system into nauko-sphere at the be- ginning and then into techno-science.
