Abstract
In the article discusses the history of the formation ofpsychological sociology of law in Russia. Special attention is paid to theoretical and methodological interaction of positivism, sociology and psychology. Give a critical analysis of the cognitive capabilities of the sociology of law, based on the data ofpsychology.
