Abstract
In the article reveals sociological and legal views of Russian populists - the founders of subjective school in sociology. Shows the relationship between their subjective idealist installations, populist ideology and views on state and law. Analyzed in detail sociological analysis of P.L. Lavrov of the state and law as the sphere of the consciousness.
