Abstract
The article researches inappropriateness of articles 120 and 126 due to principle of differentiation of criminal liability, which are ranked as crimes against human life and health in Criminal Code and makes liability due to murder and intentional infliction of grave injury, as well as makes suggestions about improving these norms and also some other norms limiting the successful differantiation of criminal liability.
