Abstract
The formation of the new socio-labour relations in Russia is examining in the article. Special attention is attracted to analysis of collective bargaining process as one of the forms of social partnership. On investigating the conclusion of collective contracts on macro-, mesolevel and collective agreements on the enterprise level the author concentrates on sectoral contracts and collective agreementsI regulating wages and other core conditions of employment. The two negotiating parties - employees' organizations and employers' organizations - are recognized as having full liberty in determination of content of collective bargaining. Bargaining issues of these kind as wages, employment, privileges and social guarantees are scrutinizing in the text. The new trends in collective bargaining process of the last twenty years are being examined in the article. In the author's opinion collective bargaining regulation is to play an important role in the modernization as a factor of social stability.
